Step 1 WAIT FOR OUR KIT AFTER ORDERING

All kits are mailed out within 24-48 hours.

Once you receive the kit in the mail, follow the instructions given. Collection of a small amount of your loved ones ashes or other item.

Step 2 MAIL THE KIT BACK TO US

For orders placed in the United States and Canada, a prepaid return envelope is also included. Simply drop the package off at your nearest post office and return shipping is FREE. 

For orders placed OUTSIDE of the United States or Canada, a padded return envelope and return address is included. You need to pay for the return shipping.

Step 3 RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALIZED PIECE

The turnaround time varies. Local orders are ready within a week.

By mail. Typically, within 2 weeks after we received the collection kit back from you.

Although the ring and pendant materials are strong products and made to last, we still offer care instructions to ensure that holds true.

Our products are genuine .925 silver and stainless steel. They will not tarnish or stain your skin.

We ask that you avoid extremely hot temperatures, harmful acidic chemicals, and if you notice the metal band of your ring or pendant becoming dull over time, feel free to use “dawn dish soap” and a jewelry polishing cloth.
